We operate as an online retailer specialising in preloved clothing and accessories.
Unless stated otherwise, all items are preloved.

Inspect all items prior to listing
Clearly describe and photograph visible defects
Aim to provide accurate colour and condition representation
Due to the nature of second-hand goods:
Minor signs of wear may be present
Slight colour variation may occur due to screen settings
By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are second-hand unless described as new.

Loveable Thread reserves the right to:

Cancel orders where pricing errors occur
A contract is formed only when you receive confirmation of dispatch.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Usually same day but this is not guaranteed unless you upgrade to next day delivery.
